SWENET data and products provided by SWENET are free for public use unless individually stated otherwise. The data and products are made available through this site as part of ESA's Space Weather Applications Pilot Project: the Space Weather European Network (SWENET). http://www.esa-spaceweather.net/swenet .
In addition to the acknowledgement required for usage of individual data sets, as specified elsewhere on the SWENET website, the use of SWENET should be acknowledged as follows:

The data and products offered in SWENET are mirrored from different sources and are offered through this website without warranty. SWENET, ESA and any other party involved in the production of the data cannot take responsibility for the use of the data offered within the SWENET infrastructure.
This server is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. However, timely delivery of data and products from this server through the internet is not guaranteed. Continuing expansion and enhancements to the SWENET services occasionally result in format changes of displays and reports. SWENET attempts to give advance notice of changes to data and products in the database but cannot guarantee it.
