New Latest Indices page implemented to include indices from SDAs:

-     Now- and forecasted planetary A index, from BINCASTS

-     3-day forecasted Kp, from IRF

-     Forecasted Dst index, from the University of Kyoto and GIFINT

-     Now- and forecasted 10.7cm radio flux, from BINCASTS

-     Ap, Kp and F10.7 from NOAA/SEC

-     ISGI will be incorporated once it is available

-     New function implemented in plotting to identify “empty” values (e.g. -9999). A new exception table in the database exists and is used by the plotting function to ignore these values.

-     The exception table will be filled out by BIRA from info in the table descriptions

-     The "Group" and "Technical category" denominations have been replaced both with "Service Category" and made consistent throughout the portal.
