Italian Space Weather Initiatives

Space Weather research subjects involve mainly four different topics:

• The study of phenomena generated on the Sun and how this source of energy interacts with Earth.

• The evolution of the above phenomena in Space.

• The interaction of these phenomena with the Earth's magnetosphere.

• The effects of the above interaction with the Earth's ionosphere.
