1. Call for Abstracts: Conference on Radiation Effects on Components and Systems (RADECS)
*************************************************************************

From: Eamonn Daly

The Conference on Radiation Effects on Components and Systems (RADECS) will take place in Seville, 19-23 September 2011.

The conference includes session relating to radiation environments and effects and is preceded by a short course on radiation evaluation during space project development. Space weather researchers and developers should consider this conference since it is represents a strong class of "end users" of space weather data and services. It will be an opportunity to expose those end users to space weather developments, and for space weather service developers to learn more about the end users' problems.

You are encouraged to submit an extended abstract by the deadline, 29 April. Refer to http://radecs2011.org/ for more details.
