Various country's Space Weather activities

The second part of the meeting was dedicated to participants who had information
to present about various Space Weather activities. Each of these participants gave presentations and has sent a resume about their presentation to be included in this report (as follows):

1. "LiMIE: Linear Modeling of Ionospheric Electrodynamics from IMF and Solar WindData: Near-Real Time Space Weather Service" presented by Vladimir Papitashvili, The University of Michigan, USA, also at the Danish Meteorological Institute, Denmark.
2. "Russian Space Weather Initiatives"
   presented by Yulia Minaeva, Moskow State University, Russia
3. "COST 251 Derived COST Telecommunications Project (Proposed Action)" presented by Esrin Tulunay, Middle East Technical University, Turkey
4. "Finnish Space Weather Initiatives" presented by Tuija I. Pulkkinen, Finnish Meteorological Institute, Finland
5. "Research of the Possibility to use MIR and International Space Station Infrastructure for Geophysical and Antropogenic Electromagnetic Exploration" presented by Ivanovich Stanislov Klimov, Space Research Institute, Russia
6. "National Plan of Space Weather in Italy"
   presented by Bruno Zolesi, Istituto Nazionale di Geofisica, Rome, Italy
